Bad service

Most unprofessional bank and they have the worst service, im still waiting on feedback from my reversal for more than 14 days still no feedback and they dont respond to the emails, when you go into the branch they tell you to phone the call centre I phoned the call centre and they also cant assist me , useless bank!!!,
