Bad Service

I am not a FNB customer but tried to report a **** number to their ***** department after I received a SMS claiming to be FNB ***** department. This is what the SMS said. "FNB ALERT PURCHASE FROM FNB ACCOUNT REF ***6 TRANSACTION DISPUTE 011 ***" I explained this to someone from your call center who was not only disinterested but bordering on rude and he promptly told me they have they have reported this no. I tried make him aware the SMS was received a few minutes ago but he was disinterested. I have since received another sms from this no ***. Now what I find amazing is that given the vast resources FNB has it disposal the use this number would have been blocked by now but somehow thats not the case. I would like to believe that FNB would have its clients interest at hart but that does not to be the case. Its a good thing I don't bank with FNB
