Bad service

Very disappointed at FNB, went in the branch to take letter of authority for assistance. Had to leave the branch without being assisted, was given a number to call, still did not get assisted. Emailed the complaint department, did not even receive acknowledgment, emailed fiduciary still no assistance. How does one get assistance here.
