Bad service

They put my account on hold I send thru all the inquiry documents for them but still they terminate my account my funeral policy I have with them they ask me to send fica documents thru I send that and now they tell me my policy has lapse but I send that papers to them long before the policy lapse now i want my money back and they don't want to refund me
