BAD SERVICE!!!

To whom it may concern I am very disappointed in the service i am receiving from Fnb i request a card a very long time ago still no card until this hour. We work with very sensitive clients and for my business not to have a bank that can look after the company banking need is a Big challenge in my industry. I reported a ***** case until now no communication.
