Bad service!!!

When trying to link my Paypal account to FNB I get an error saying to call the help line as my OTP cannot go through. I call the helpline and get a message that loops telling me I can send a message through online banking. I do that, the first person tells me they're ending the chat as I have not corresponded with them. The second person tells me they cannot help me as it's more than what they can do and I must call the same number to get help with my OTP, I am unable to speak to anyone so what's the use of phoning them - I'm just wasting my airtime!!! I'm on the line now, 6:57 and counting. I do not have a job and can't afford to be wasting money that I don't have trying to get hold of someone to help me.
