Bad Service

So FNB takes off a debit order that there was insuffiecient funds for and charges me two amounts of 150 for bank charges. This is the first time my account is overdrawn by 414.00 and they are threatening me with further action. I now what to close my account and bank with capitec or african bank who are begging me for my business
