Bad service

Hi there.

I am recieving uif and my insurance is paying my personal loan through fnb life.

I recieved my uif on the 17 of December. My personal loan money was taken off my personal account. I called on the same day and collections did a refund on my account and told me it would take 72 hour. I phone on the 24 december and was told it would take a day. I phoned twice after that and still nothing. I dont recieve much money from the uif. I have spent over a hundred rand in airtime. Why should I have to fight for my own money. It is the 03 January 2020 and I am still waiting on funds.

I also have insurance on my revolving load. I claimed for my personal loan, credit card and revolving loan together. Why are you still charging me. The lady a spoke to at fnb life said she would sort it out. A few month later still nothing.
