Bad service

Should I be moving to a different bank or what cause this is bad service I’ve sent the required documents you needed and no audacity to reply and acknowledge the mail. My account is still blocked up to now. I am a small cleaning business for you to stop my operation like this is not right. How do I feed my family. FNB CASE ***-***
