BAD SERVICE AT WEST STREET BRANCH DURBAN-ZANELE

I’m very disappointed at FNB West Street, Durban Branch the bad from Zanele as she was refusing to take proof of residence that was not indicating the city as I was updating the information on my child account. Please don’t ever use this Branch people.
