Bad service at mthatha mall branch

Yesterday i had the worst service at FNB mthatha mall, i wanted to fill in my visa application form so i needed a stamp with the bank but i knew my visa will be declined on my personal account so i decided to use my business account. So one of the consults didn't know how to do this therefore she called her branch manager by the name Ntsikelelo Khuphiso to come assist me. When i told him my story he said to me " we don't do that bull**** here, he doesn't know how stupid i can be to think of such a thing" i got really offended by the treatment he gave me and he didn't even feel apologetic
