Bad service at Middleburg Mall

If I could, I would give a 0 star. Today I sat on the queue for exactly 2 hours at Fnb Middleburg Mall to open an account for my daughter, only to be told that they don't take abridged birth certificates, something that I could have been told at the door when they checked the documents.
