BAD SERVICE AT ITS WORST!!!!

If i could give a zero star rating i wouldve, Fnb listed me on ITC via HAMMOND POLE ATTORNEYS, i do not understand how it has not been removed as i dont even owe them a cent, i call the laywers, they tell me they see account has been closed i must call the bank to get a clearance letter, i called FNB after being transferred from one agent to the next al they say is there is nothing on thier side either, i expected much better service from such a "big bank" , horrible service at its best
