Bad service at its best unbelievably sad

Good day My name Ipeleng Madumo Request number Cas-***-D7T3X8 SECOND CAS/***/Q4X4W0 THIRD CAS-***-Z7Q4H5 I have being waiting for my RCP paid up letter since 19 September 2022 till today and im still being sent from pillar to post i dont understand why does it have to take so long just to get a letter of such this is poor service and i not happy with this can someone help me with this before i take this to the news papers. Fnb call center are worse you hold for more than 2 hours this is bad service everytime i call i start from the scratch *** revolving loan/facility

I need this letter now its for the attorneys and they need it today.
