Bad service at FNB...I would like my money back

Good day ...bad service at loan legal department I took out a loan last year 2017 for 54 months repayments...due to financial difficulties I couldn't make payments and was handed over to the loan legal department...it happened that I received money from my previous work for provident fund ...FNB went and debt ed that whole amount from my account without my knowledge and authority on the 21/09/2018 ..I called the legal department and I spoke to the consultant named Joyce Baruza at 11:52 on the 21/09/2018...she promised that they will refund me R80 000 from the R111 000 that they debited ..to my surprise they only refunded R54 000 .when I called today and query about it to Joyce ..the consultant Lethu Hlophe answered and was very rude she told me that I will not have my money back because she is said so .... Firstly..no one called me and said they wl be debiting my account of the total loan own Secondly ..I did not agree or give authority for the whole amount to be debited Third ..I was promised to be refunded R80 000 ... Forth...the agreed term for loan repayments has not lapsed.

I would like Hello Peter help me get my money back ..
