Bad service at FNB willowbridge

Terrible Sevice at FNB Tygervalley ans Willowbridge. Ive been waiting for 45 minutes to be attended to. Mt business account is frozen for no reason. Manager at FNB willowbridge is not helping clients. He just sat there on his laptop. Aint these people meant to be multiskilled and jump in to help when the bank gets busy? There is no staff around to assist clients. My estimated time was 05minutes but now its almost an hour of sitting here wastinf my time.
