Bad service at FNB oribi portshepstone

I'm disappointed with FNB portshepstone I went there 2 times my account is closed and was handed over to legal SARS deposit my fund to that account now there are refusing to reverse it the lady I spoke with at FNB oribi said there is no money was deposited but when I contacted SARS they said the money was deposited to FNB and they are refusing to reverse the money back to SARS .I need my money back please I don't know want to do now.please helopeter help me
