Bad service at FNB Kollonade Mall

I got ****** Saturday the 7th of May 2016 at an FNB ATM, Karenpark crossing in Pretoria. So today (09.05.2016) at 9h45, I went to FNB Kollonade Mall to apply for a new card and report the incident. The consult Mr.Robbie Muhlari, was so cold and insensitive. I tell him what happened that Saturday and the first question he asked was "who ****** you". I mean if I knew, I would have gone to the person who ****** me and ask for my money back than go to the bank. He gave me a form to complete. As I was writing, you could sense the body language that he was impatient and not interested. Like he didnt want to be there or help. It was painful to me after what happened. He said why didnt I just block/cancel the card on my cellphone banking. I said at that time I was not thinking straight. I was still shocked. I only remembered that there is a number I needed to call to block the card. Unfortunately i probably phoned the wrong number as I phoned the 087 number , even my husband phoned the same number. which number kept on saying "press 1 for this....press 2 for that. I had to drive home and block the card online using my laptop. I was shaking I could use the phone. What I experienced with FNB this week was painful. I got the impression that I am being treated like this because I am just an ordinary person who doesnt have lots of money in their bank. I bet if I was rich I would have been treated differently. I am sure the bank would have even offered me tea. I asked the guy that do they have cameras at that ATM (karenpark crossing), he said he doesnt know. At the same time he is telling me that he is not even sure if the bank will refund me . The pain started all over!
