Bad Service at FNB Klerksdorp

About 7 weeks ago we ordered a bedroom suite form Western Bazaars in Klerksdorp. We made the payment the same day. After an agreement we decided to cancel the order and Western Bazaars refunded us. On the 25th of April 2016 the money was refunded from Western Bazaars to our account. The proof they gave us show that the money left their bank account on the 28th of April. We went to FNB today on the 5th of April to find out what happened because we didn't receive the money yet. FNB Klerksdorp near Pick a Pay told us that they can't assist us because we aren't clients. We received very bad service, actually no service at all.
