Bad service at FNB FOURWAYS MALL

Just received atrocious serial from FNB branch at Fourways. 1. Had to wait in line for more than half an hour for the teller I don’t understand why a branch as big as this one only has one teller working. 2. When I proceeded to go make the deposit, there were no seats like there are in STD bank, the teller seemed annoyed and impatient. Please treat your clients better. Felt like I was at a public hospital!!!
