Bad service at FNB

Money was taken from my account and no one can assist to give proper feedback as to where my money disappeared to ? The FNB branch at Canalwalk is refusing to provide me with the contact details of Viv Middendorp, the app is completely useless, no one has any answers, what the hell?????? How can money dissapear and it does not show on my transactions?????is this internal *****???? Can someone get back to me on this urgently
