Bad Service at FNB Cresta

I am sad to say that I am disappointed once again by FNBs lack of; personal service. After a really bad time at the Northcliff square branch, I decided to go into the Cresta branch. I can honestly say that the Northcliff branch was much friendlier, although unhelpful. When I asked for help at Cresta they sent me to a telephone and all I wanted was personal assistance and i got a telephone. I am sticking with ABSA as they are more helpful and friendlier. They see you as a person and take time to help you. my issue has still not been resolved and FNB is not helping me. i have no idea what to do now as no one seems to want to help me at FNB. I thought their motto was 'How can we help you?
