Bad service at fnb branch and their ***** department is unreliable .

My account was debited money twice on the 15th December by unknown source contacted the branch asking them to block my card because money is being taken which they did. But when I asked what is happening they said they will investigate still waiting for their feedback since then emailed them last week no one has contacted me. Went to their branch in long street no assistant as well was given to me hold on the phone for 15mintues. I
