BAD SERVICE AT FNB

i wrote a complaint sunday of very bad service at FNB. i havent heard anything yet from FNB. I have no words regarding service levels of this bank. i had a ***** case 4 months ago and up until today it is not solved and my money is not paid back. They said they sent emails and the email is not received in any of my inboxes or junk mail. Can someone from FNB just call me and sort it out. I went to the branch a few times and not even the branch could assist. So what service is this. Really is this how the FNB works with service then rather put your money elsewhere.
