Bad service at Ermelo FNB

I opened a bussiness account with FNB via the Internet. Everything went smoothly. I received my bank card and had to activate it at an ATM. I took about 30 days to try and do that, but could not. The ATM slip advised me to see an advisor. A friendly woman asked me if she could help me. I told her my problem and she said that I must have proof of id to do it. A driver's license would suffice. I went to my car and fetched the license as well as a certified copy of my ID. I went back, obtained a ticket and fell into the cue. After an hour and a half I eventually sat down in front of Mr Sydney Mthetwa who took my card, drivers license and certified copy of my ID. He however just looked at my documents and then said there is nothing he can do without my ID. I will close my account with the bank and advise everybody against Ermelo FNB
