BAD SERVICE AS USUAL

FNB deserves a zero rating, I'm not sure if it's the staff that *********** or it's their systems....we changed our bond debit order date 2MONTHS ago we had to run around like headless chickens to complete their paperwork(in 2023) and it's still not updated and the debit order has not gone off. YOUR INCOMPENCE IS AFFECTING OUR PROFILE!!!! We went to the branch last month (CLUELESS STAFF) no assistance at all. I WILL RATE YOU BAD EVERYDAY DAY UNTIL I GET ASSISTANCE and we shouldn't begging you for good service.
