Bad service as normal

I can't understand how they work really so many different consultants wanting different information now it's covid results they want and all private medical history and we have been through this so many times. Asking for an assessor to call is a no no because the consultants want to do the claim. my App says all documents received part 1 and 2 completed consultant says no they want my covid and medical history 🙄
