Bad service and terrible treatment

The treatment i received at FNB Cosmo Mall yesterday on the 12/07 on my birthday was very terrible. We were on the Que to deposit money since we cant deposit inside. Someone walks in from outside from main entrance of the mall. She came stood aside for about 5 minutes ans she was chatting on the phone. She then told the person who was behind me that she was behind me. Meaning after me it's her turn.

In a minute an FNB employee comes with a sanitizer bottle, they greeted each other with that lady, then they went to the ATM, FNB employee pretended to be cleaning the ATM but when i check she was doing the deposit for the lady. When i asked her why she was doing that without asking us and we had been waiting for hours for our turn, she just ignored me and walked inside without saying a word to me. The after the lady claimed that she was inside earlier doing something inside and there was noway she could stand another Que outside and she started insulting us.

Later when i was done with my deposit, I went inside FNB to ask they lady why did , what she did, she didn't respond or apologies she just looked at me in a rude way. I then took a name from her tag which she was hiding, i had to ask her to show it to me. and her name was Zizipho Motswaneng. I believe that lady was her friend or family member that's why she got special treatment of skipping the Que and i can tell it was not the first they were **** it.
