Bad service and Rude

FNB's chat staff are absolutely rude and unhelpful. FNB pay doesn't work and no one seems to know what to do. Keeps on passing the buck and has the nerve to be rude. Can someone contact me to lodge a formal complaint against Gideon on online secure chat
