Bad service and money missing in account

The service I received at Thavhani mall FNB branch was the worst, more especially if they didn’t even help me at the end of the day.

Firstly a consultant by the name of Desma made me wait for 5 minutes while she was busy talking about office gossip with another Consultant by the name of Matodzi.

When it was time for her to assist me she decided to call another consultant which I didn’t see her name( her tag was obstructed) she helped me and realised that she can not solve my issue and just left me hanging. Standing and waiting to hear what should happen but only to realise she was busy attending other clients without fully resolving my issue.

Money just disappeared in my account and no one is willing to help me locate or allocate that money to transactions. It is very frustrating to have to go up and down and make calls that are not fruitful. I want my money back FNB.
