Bad service and *********** employees

<p>I have a contract with FNB Connect which after they charged me a fee not agreed on as per contract signed with them, I cancelled. this was done in July but ever since the contract was not cancelled and the level of service that i have recieved from these people is pathetic. I cannot even get to speak to any of their managers as they are not allowed , oh so they say. I am so ****en ****ed with the level of service that I recieved.</p>
