Bad Service and Incompetence

Almost 4 Months ago I app**** for a home loan with FNB. Since then I have only encountered bad service, issues and major lack of communication. During the process, I followed all of the instructions given to me by FNB, I used the attorneys FNB recommended as well as FNB brokers for all my insurance needs.

Not only has it taken almost 4 months before the lawyers finally registered the transfer at the deeds office but I have had to do all the enquiries and chasing to make sure that everyone was doing their job. I really had no intention of posting this here but I am at my wits end now.

I managed to find some C-Level executive's email addresses and cc'd them in on an email complaint in the hope that someone would contact me to give me the information I required. I received an automated response from customer service saying that they had received a complaint to the CEO's office and would get back to me. It has been three days and still have not heard from anyone at the bank.

This is the worst service I have ever received and I expect more to come. I will be moving from FNB as soon as is financially viable.

Still waiting for your call Mr. Jacques Celliers.
