Bad service and incompetancy. Utter rubish service.

You team of bankers are *********** and unwilling to give clear information and feedback. They also lack training in how to communicate with clients. You are collecting monthly account fees and interest from my loans for this poor level of services. Can someone who is willing to assist please give me a call.
