Bad service and FNB Northmeade Square Nondumiso and her fellow trainee.

You have very rude and lazy employees, There's an employee by the name Nondumiso that works at cubicle 3 in FNB in Northmeade Square she has a disgusting attitude, and reluctant to do anything of assistance within her capacity as a bank teller or whatever her job is. I went to the bank to open a new account and she blatantly told me she's not willing to help because she wants to take a her lunch break at 15 minutes to 10 in the morning, referred me to a trainee in the bank who she told should serve me last because of whatever reason she told him. I waited for almost an hour and a half until a white lady who seems to be in managerial came up to me and asked me.if I was helped of which the Nondumiso the lazy phuza face having bitter lady and the trainee jumped to come resolve the matter quickly before I could let her know how badly I was treated by them. I thought I could let this go but I won't. I've never felt so disrespected and disregarded. They wasted my time and showed no remorse for it. If this is what FNB northmeade branch calls good service then I fear what bad service looks like. If I could I'd close the whole office down and retraining that particular bitter human being. Sies!!!!
