bad service and false advertising

When FNB called me to upgrade my account to private wealth they ensured me I would get impeccable service and I would have lounge access and I don't have to go in to the bank anymore. These options only being a few of the advantages. But I always struggle to get hold of my private banker, I still need to go into the bank because my private banker does not assist and also she informed me this morning that without E bucks I can not use lounge access. I have spoken to the private wealth suite allot and even before I asked them about priority pass and how it works and never ever has anyone inform that if I don't have enough E bucks I should pay for lounge access. Now I pay for private wealth a month more than someone pays for a gold account, but if I don't get private wealth service why am I paying for it then I want to down grade my account because private wealth does not mean anything to me then. I have had horrible horrible service from FNB and really I am disgusted with their service. Please stop advertising all the benefits because it is just ****. I will tell the whole world not to ever move to FNB because it is really the worst bank ever.
