Bad service and debt review status not updated

I have complained just over a week ago. The resolution was not satisfactory because my credit card application is still blocked. It shows im still under debt review. Over 6 months ago, myslef and my debt councillor send Fnb debt review the clearance certificate. Fnb debt review still didnt do their work and update my profile. Also on Fnb systems it shows i was handed over to legal. Again over a year ago proof was sent that i should have not been handed over, i have all the email proofs between myself and Fnb. Nothing was ever updated by the debt review department. I need that status handed over to legal permanently deleted from the Fnb system. And i need a letter stating that it was deleted. Also the old fnb credit card is showing on my banking profile. I want it deleted and permanently closed. Im in the process of opening a business. So this needs to be sorted out urgently and i dont want any false information against my name. The people at the debt review department must sort this out immediately. I will not wait 3-5 working days when this is something that should have been fixed many months ago. And no i will never call them again. Because they take forever to answer but nothing will ever actually get done properly.
