Bad service and debt

FNB financed me for a VW Polo which was obtained through VW Menlyn. In the first instance we never received a copy of the contract that was signed confirming the debt as there was a power failure that Saturday. The contract was explained though and we would have received a copy from them. This never happened in the first instance. The car was bought in 2010 and was repossessed after losing my job and failure to pay the installment. I lost ownership of the car 2014. The attorneys who is now handling the debt is Shackelton and a judgement was granted in 2018. According to me this debt should have prescribed. The same with the credit card debt.The debt is still reflecting on my portfolio and the judgment is affecting me negatively. I need the judgement to be removed as well as the debt to be prescribed.
