Bad service and communication

The team leaders of the E-bucks does not come back to me after numerous calls. I was severely penalized on my e-bucks after I received a refund for airline tickets that we could not use due to the Covid pandemic. Instead of subtracting the e-bucks I earned from my e-bucks balance they subtracted the purchased amount from my Credit card purchases that caused me to drop from level 5 to level 3 and I did not get any fuel or Shoprite discount e-bucks back.
