Bad service and being harassed by FNB

I am currently still not working from Lockdown and have app**** for my credit life insurance as I am not receiving a salary from work and I am unable to pay for my loan.I have sent through all the documents from May only to be harassed by FNB continuosly and also they increased my loan amount balance to be owing.How do you pay for something when you can't afford do and that is when your credit life insurance kicks in.My fellow colleagues from work have had theirs approved and have received an SMS to advise of so but mine is still not approved and I am getting calls regularly to advise my loan is in arrears.When you try and call them they keep saying its in the queue but from May ? Absolutely terrible service and would like a manager to contact me urgently regarding this matter.
