Bad Service and bad Bank

The worst bank ever… I was ****med on the 1st of July and reported the issue with the bank but now they are unable to assist. They keep on saying it is within the turnaround time. How does a bank fail so much so protect its clients I am disappointed. I spoke to Dylan today he was also not helpful at all when I asked him to escalate my query. FNB is very disappointing.
