Bad service and attitude

I'm an unhappy FNB customer, about a week ago I visited the branch at South gate to see a finiancial advicer who's now been moved to a different location. I was adviced that Sam Moremi is now the new finical advicer. I called him to set up an appointment for the weekend and he just dismissed my call after having to call him a couple of times. Today I again got a hold of him and again he dismissed my call by telling me that he does not work on weekends. Why in the first place was I given his number if his not helpful.
