Bad service and attitude

Waiting 40min just to be helped to open my daughter a new account. Not how i expected to be treated as multiple account holder at fnb. When i ask for the branch manager “ nikosi” has a attitude and gives me dirty looks.

Im calling my private clients banker now to move all my accounts from fnb. Sick of this look down attitude
