Bad service again and no response

This is week 3..and I am still chasing FNB with the same thing over and over. They chat is pointless and their agents...One lady actually said there is nothing she can do to assist me and when i wanted to speak to her team leader she said there is no point they cant help me. I keep sending Emails and i get response and still nothing is done...I give up..
