Bad service

Cancelled a personal loan on the 17th of september, fnb told me it will take 48 hours to get a paid up letter called after 48 hours no its going to take 5 - 7 working days called again on the 25 of september tell me its going to take 45 days - been with fnb 10+ years and the service is so terrible i want to love to another bank
