Bad service

Went to fnb in Attridgeville to fill in the forms for ATM dispute on the 14 of March 2021,because while I withdrawing, the Atm went off, I didn't get the money I was withdrawing. Went there on the 14 March 2021 fill in all the forms,I even got the reference number,they told me the money will be in my account after five days. Till today i''m still waiting. I' m not happy at all with the service
