Bad service
Tried to order something from FNB connect and got an error. After a week of trying the told me that there is a problem on there side and that I need to call some or other shop that they have put an oder on incorrectly on my name………how is this my problem……very bad service and I am a supposed to be a Private Wealth client

06 Jul 2021, 12:03Very bad service all I received is an sms saying sorry tried to get hold of you, could not have to close complaint. What a joke and a lie nobody tried to call me, my phone is always on and no missed calls…….very dishonest and bad customer service…..and my private banker has only 1 number on the system that is always off……great to have a private banker thats so private his phone is always off…..
