Bad service, account not opened yet all documents have been submitted

Bad service FnB Bedfordview Gardens.

We spent 4+ hours at the bank yesterday and we were told to email a document. We emailed the document and still our account hasn't been opened. This delays our business as we are unable to transact.

Consultant was notified and she confirmed she received the document this morning but still, account not opened.
