Bad service

So I app**** for a personal loan on the FNB days back but it never got approved. So yesterday I was on my app under debiCheck Mandates and I was so shocked to see that there's a mandate of R464,11 they will deduct from my account this month for a stupid loan that I didn't even get. I want someone today to call me and sort out this *******. My number is *** and also there's is something that I don't understand on my insurer cover. FNB is really failing me.. I won't even recommend someone to use FNB. Someone call ASAP to sort all of this nonsense.
