Bad service

I had an incident with my ewallet withdrawal at spar on the 06 of March 2025 around 11:00

I tried calling fnb ewallet services several times from 07 March until today I don't find any help...... I'm truly disappointed with the service because their consultants seem to be very *********** yet my money has not been refunded and I don't get any clear answers on what is the way forward. What makes me more angry they don't give me any reference regarding my calls and process for my query.
