Bad service

To date I have have been receiving mails from FNB tell me they know I have a problem but to date no solution

Taryn Jackson has been a star with assistance but the IT support she is getting is not helping at all.

To date they can't tell me why I don't receive my POP and to-date they can't tell me why payment never went through when I attempted making payments
